Voucher Holders, Competition Winners and Discount Codes
If you have received a voucher, competition prize, promotional code or discount code for the gym, you may be able to use it toward an eligible membership, class, service or purchase, depending on the terms of the offer.
Your code must be entered exactly as provided. Most codes are made up of letters and numbers, and they may be case-sensitive, so please check the spelling carefully before submitting it.
How to Use Your Code
New members:
If you are joining the gym for the first time, you may be able to enter your code during online sign-up when choosing an eligible membership. Look for the discount code, promo code or voucher code field during the sign-up process and enter your code before completing payment.
Existing members:
Some codes may be available to existing members when buying a new eligible membership, booking a class or service, or making an eligible purchase. Log in to the member portal and enter the code at the point of purchase or booking, where the discount code field is available.
In-club redemption:
If your code does not work online, or if your offer needs to be checked by a staff member, please contact reception before completing your purchase. Staff may be able to apply eligible codes manually, depending on the offer terms.
Important Conditions
Not all codes can be used by everyone. Some offers are only available to new members and cannot be used by existing members. Other codes may only apply to specific memberships, classes, services, clubs, or booking types.
Codes may also have usage limits. For example, a code may only be valid for one use per person, or it may only be available to a limited number of people overall.
Expiry Dates
All vouchers, competition prizes and discount codes may have an expiry date or a limited redemption period. Please use your code before the expiry date shown in the offer. Once a code has expired, it may no longer be accepted online or in club.
If no expiry date is shown, this does not guarantee that the code will remain available indefinitely. Promotional offers may still be subject to availability, eligibility checks and the gym’s terms and conditions.
If Your Code Does Not Work
If your code is not accepted, please check that:
You have entered it exactly as shown.
The code has not expired.
The code applies to the membership, class, service or purchase you selected.
The code is valid for your member type, as some codes are for new members only.
The code has not already been used or reached its redemption limit.
